Quiet units with comfortable beds und big TV, a handy plus bathroom, and the staff were nice. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Palacio Municipal. There was a great restaurant relatively close to the hotel.

Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

Early check-in and easy check-out, parking onsite. Decent sized room, particularly nice view. Particularly good and ideal location close to the Center of Merida, and 10 minute walk from Centro.

This accommodation had a very central setting close to the city centre.

Next to the ADO bus station, and the centre of Merida. Exceptionally helpful and hard-working staff and attention to detail. Easy check-in, easy check-out. Pretty nice facilities, parking onsite.

Everything was very good and met my requirements. It was a really good stay during my vacation. The hotel was in the very central setting close to downtown. Ate at La Prospe del Xtup, it's at a medium distance from the venue. The staff was very amiable & top-class.

When we checked in, deluxe double room with windows on the aisle was ready. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. Everything was very good, nevertheless a few employees were not very friendly. The hotel had marvellous and ideal location near to Oriente terminal, main square and central bus station.

Easy and favourable location in Merida, adjacent to town centre. The lovely modern and updated room with its comfy beds.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff, especially Alesia and Adrian, were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a coffee machine. The location of the hotel is also convenient, being near the downtown area and bus station. Plus, the swimming pool area was spacious and well-maintained.

No improvements needed. All was perfectly fine.

The pool and facilities at this hotel were fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning, a TV, and a coffee machine. It was also conveniently located near the bus station and close to the city center, making it easy to explore.

I felt very welcomed during my stay and had no complaints at all.
